Polycell Polyfilla For Wood General Repairs Is A Ready To Use Multi-Purpose Wood Filler For General And Minor Repairs To Interior And Exterior Wood. The Formulation Is Quick Drying, Giving A Tough And Durable Fill That Flexes With The Natural Movement Of Wood.
It Can Be Painted, Stained Or Varnished In 2 Hours.
Fills Up To 10mm Deep In One Application.
Ready To Use, Low Odour Formulation.
Quick Drying, Easy To Sand.
Can Be Nailed Or Screwed.
Will Not Shrink Or Crack.
Water Resistant.
Size: 380g Tub.

How to Use:

  1. Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry, and free from loose material.
  2. Stir the filler before use. Apply using a filling knife or spreader.
  3. For deep holes (up to 10mm), apply in layers, allowing each layer to dry before adding the next.
  4. Smooth the surface and allow it to dry for around 2 hours.
  5. Once dry, sand the filled area until smooth and flush with the surrounding wood.
  6. The filled area can be painted, stained, or varnished as required.

Where to Use:

  • Suitable for both interior and exterior wood surfaces.
  • Ideal for repairing minor damage such as cracks, small holes, or blemishes in wooden structures, furniture, doors, window frames, etc.

When to Apply:

  • Apply in dry conditions, when temperatures are between 10°C and 30°C.
  • Avoid using during wet or very humid weather, as it may affect drying time and performance.
