Sandtex Microseal Smooth Masonry Paint – Bitter Chocolate (150ml) is a tester-size exterior masonry paint, ideal for trying out a rich, deep brown finish before committing to a full-size tin. It’s formulated with advanced Microseal® technology to provide a smooth, breathable, and highly weather-resistant coating.

Suitable For:

Render, pebbledash, concrete, building blocks, and exterior brickwork (excluding common, Fletton, or engineering bricks).

Application:

Tools: Brush, roller, or spray.
Drying Time: Touch dry in 3–4 hours. Re-coatable after 4 hours.
Coverage: Around 12–16 square metres per litre (the 150ml pot is for patch testing only).

Preparation:

Clean and dry surface thoroughly before use.
Remove loose or flaking materials.
Treat any mould or algae with fungicidal wash and allow to dry.
Fill cracks or surface defects before applying.
