How to Use the Lay-Z-Spa® Vinyl Repair Kit

Prepare the Area:
- Clean the damaged area thoroughly. Ensure it is dry and free from dirt, oil, and any other debris.
- Deflate the inflatable to avoid air bubbles during the repair.
Cut the Patch:
- Select an appropriate patch size from the provided options: 40mm, 70mm, or 100mm diameter circular patches, or the 15cm x 10cm repair strip.
- Cut the patch to a size slightly larger than the puncture for a secure repair.
Apply the Glue:
- Apply a thin, even layer of the provided 60ml glue to both the patch and the damaged area.
Attach the Patch:
- Press the patch firmly over the puncture. Use the application tool to smooth out any air bubbles and ensure a tight seal.
Allow to Cure:
- Let the glue dry completely. Refer to the glue's instructions for specific drying times, but generally, it is recommended to wait at least 24 hours before re-inflating the pool or hot tub.
